Hi, I’m Jen!

For more than fourteen years I’ve worked with businesses to increase team productivity through better leadership.
Earlier in my life, I was a “yes” person. I was stretched thin and barely managing. It was suggested I get a coach – it was like magic! My world opened up with possibility, including entrepreneurship.
I launched Moxy Coaching in 2007. My focus was helping entrepreneurs get profitable and “get a life”.
In 2008, I was selected to be a consultant with The Greenstone Group and work with established businesses in northern MN to implement strategic growth.
In 2010, at the College of St. Scholastica, one failed experiment led to an opportunity to teach in the Nurse Practitioner Graduate Program. For five years I taught nursing students coaching skills to improve patient engagement.
In 2012, I led a three-year volunteer initiative to train 100 senior leaders across the world how to use coaching when developing others.
These experiences and more, were the catalyst for developing and launching the wildly successful LeadWell executive coaching program in 2015.
Today I enjoy life as a mom, entrepreneur, community volunteer and tennis player. I lead a talented team of humans who are on a mission: to make the world a better place, one confident leader at a time.
