Hi, I'm Jen, the habit queen for strong teams!

I’m determined to help as many leaders as possible reclaim more space and happiness where they can accomplish more without carrying the weight of the world (and their business) at all times.

That’s why I created Leadwell, a proprietary leadership framework that’s trusted by CEOs, team leaders, and entrepreneurs around the globe. They achieve dramatic success in growing and scaling their businesses while also freeing up more time in their lives. 

It all started in 2012. I was asked to help train seasoned senior leaders on how to effectively use coaching skills to develop new senior leaders. One training turned into working with over 70 leaders over the next 2 years! 

After witnessing the results they got at work and at home, it was clear that this was more than a “nice-to-have” personal development plan. If they want to scale sustainably and ethically, every leader needs these skills.

I not only teach these frameworks, I use them everyday. Rather than pleasing everyone and saying yes to too much, I now know exactly where my strengths are and where I can empower my team to step in. 

Because of this, I work fewer hours and significantly increased my revenue. All while spending more intentional time with family, friends  and on my own self-care.

I took everything I learned, taught, and observed and launched the wildly successful LeadWell Academy in 2015. We combine personal development, team leadership, and organizational leadership skills to take our participants from “good bosses” to “GREAT leaders.” 

It has received stellar reviews from participants who now routinely achieve “impossible” results in their lives and businesses.
